Andres Paz, CSCS
Andres was born & raised in Northern Virginia where he played competitive soccer growing up. Along the way he came across numerous knee injuries that kept him off the field which ignited his passion for Health & Wellness & went on to graduate with a bachelors in Exercise Science from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Andres has worked in various settings including as an intern at Georgetown University’s Sports performance program where he coached Division 1 collegiate athletes through Olympic movements, high intensity plyometrics, high capacity anaerobic training, circuit training and weightlifting.
Currently working part time as a physical therapy technician, Andres has also gathered knowledge specializing in corrective exercise modalities, mobility training, functional movements and helping people of all backgrounds regain their strength and confidence.
Andres is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and is passionate about helping others not only getting stronger physically but mentally as well. Helping people has always been his calling in life and being able to do so through health and wellness is what he enjoys the most.
In his free time, he enjoys rooting for all of the DC sport teams, trying out new restaurants, museums and learning about new ways he can help his clients lead a healthier lifestyle.
