Hannah has been an athlete her entire life. She was born in Portland, Maine and raised in Athens, Pennsylvania. Hannah played soccer, ran track and cross country and swam in high school. In Hannah’s Junior year she attended PA state championships in cross country, swimming, and track. She was named “Female Athlete of the Year” by the local newspaper that spring. Hannah broke five records in high school, some of which still stand today.

The summer before college, Hannah competed in her first half-Ironman with a time in the 5:40s. The fall of her freshman year Hannah also ran her first marathon, in a time of 3:24. This time put her second in her age-group and was a Boston Marathon Qualifying time by sixteen minutes.

Hannah went on to study Business Administration with a concentration in Management and minor in Legal Studies at Ithaca College where she swam as a Bomber for two years. Hannah was a breaststroker on the state championship winning team her sophomore year and also ran track for IC her freshman year. As a junior, Hannah decided to focus more on endurance and ran her first 50 miler in under twelve hours. Hannah’s senior year she ran 62.5 miles, helping pace a good friend in the Beast of Burden ultramarathon.

Upon graduating college Hannah moved to California for the year where she worked on a winery and also at a gym. Last winter Hannah raised almost $5,000 for cancer research and ran her first 100 miler in 21 hours.  This past fall, she also competed in her first Ironman, with a time of 12:47, placing her second in her age group.

Within the past year, Hannah relocated from NorCal to Northern VA to fulfill a position working for the Government utilizing her Business and Law degree from IC.  Hannah is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, an ACE Sports Conditioning Specialist, an Annette Lang Pre/Post Natal Specialist and a Road Runners Club of America Level 1 Coach.  Hannah enjoys running, weightlifting, CrossFit exercises, hiking, core workouts and is passionate about fitness and excited to help clients meet their unique health and fitness goals.
