Nick is a New York native whose passion for fitness began in backyard football games with his father. His years of personal research combined with his dedication to helping others motivated him to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Personal Training (NASM).
Nick is also a professionally trained Chef and graduate of the culinary arts program at Johnson & Wales University. In his current role as the Junior Sous Chef for the Washington Redskins, he combines his passion for fitness with the opportunity to cook for elite athletes throughout the year. He looks forward to completing his Nutrition Certification so that he can leverage his culinary knowledge and further assist clients on their fitness journeys.
Nick is a firm believer in connecting with clients to understand what motivates them, beyond pounds and inches. His goal is to help and inspire others to be the best versions of themselves. His strengths include weight training, circuit training, injury prevention, and weight loss. He focuses on proper form and adjusts the intensity level as needed to ensure that clients get the most out of their sessions.
