Erika is a graduate of Howard University, where she received her degree in Business Administration and Management. While Erika has extensive experience in management, her true passion lies within fitness, healthy living and helping others reach their prospective goals.
Erika began her fitness journey early in her childhood when she played basketball and softball. When she began college at Howard University, she lost sight of her personal health goals. Upon graduating, she started extensive weight training, which changed her outlook on life for the better.
After exploring business management following graduation and working in the industry for a few years, Erika decided to follow her true passion and became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers. Erika is also an Annette Lang Pre/Post Natal Specialist and enjoys helping women navigate exercises during and after their pregnancies.
Erika believes that everyone should look and feel their best! Erika has great experience working with a vast clientele base, ranging in ages from 14 – 76 years old, and varying in physical limitations and health conditions. Her areas of expertise include: circuit training, strength and conditioning, weight management, weight lifting best of all, client success.
