Initial Training Session
At DeHenzel Training Systems, whether you’re an avid exerciser, you haven’t worked out in years, or you’ve never worked out before, it’s our top priority to make you feel at ease throughout your entire experience. To do so effectively, we’ve created and utilize a seamless 3-step process when beginning with a new client.
Step 1 – Get in Touch
The first step to getting started is to contact us by either filling out our contact form, calling, texting or emailing. During your initial outreach, we would love to learn more about what you and how we can best help you. We will also go over any initial questions or concerns you may have. If you’re ready to move forward, we will go over trainer scheduling details and move on to step 2.
Step 2 – In-Depth Consultation
Our in-depth consultation is where we will schedule a time to discuss in greater depth your training goals, exercise and health history, and any physical limitations you may have with exercise. This call can take generally take about 30 minutes, as we like to be as thorough as possible so that we are able to match you with the best fit on our team and provide you with the best training experience.
Step 3 – Initial Training Session
The initial training session is the last step in our 3-step process to getting you started with a personal trainer. During the initial training session, you will have a chance to get to know the trainer, experience the workout and sample our in home personal services.
During this time your trainer will also have the opportunity to assess your overall fitness level and create a specific training plan moving forward. Your trainer will make sure that they push you appropriately during your initial session. You’ll be in good hands!
After the initial training session, you will be able to directly communicate with your trainer and schedule your upcoming sessions. If for some rare reason you do not enjoy your session with the trainer, we will schedule another initial session with a new trainer.
