Georgia is a Falls Church, VA native and 2022 graduate of Shepherd University, where she earned her B.F.A with a concentration in Photography and Computer Imagery. At Shepherd, Georgia played 4 years of volleyball as a starting middle hitter. Her senior year she was the #1 blocker in the country for all of NCAA division 2 volleyball, so she is no stranger to hard work.

Prior to Shepherd Georgia played 4 years of varsity volleyball at (now) Justice High School. After returning from college she accepted a varsity coaching position at her high school alma mater where, in addition, she serves as the volleyball strength and conditioning coach. In addition to her passion for volleyball and training, Georgia is a photographer in the area, and loves to go out and explore.

Georgia is a National Institute of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, Virtual Coaching Specialist as well as a Certified Nutrition Coach.

Georgia has also completed Parkinson’s Disease Awareness Training for Fitness Professionals, through the American Parkinson Disease Association. This allows Georgia to safely and effectively work with those who exhibit all forms of Parkinson’s disease, from the initial stage to more progressed stages.

Georgia is fully equipped and very eager to help her clients (teens through seniors and every age in between) excel in their fitness and everyday life, while providing guidance on how to properly fuel their bodies to reach their goals.
