Scott was born and raised in Burke, Virginia and attended Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Psychology in 2018. Returning to his home town in Northern Virginia, Scott has remained a native ever since.

Scott has previous experience at Longwood Fitness center where he trained and developed plans for the Men’s Division one basketball players, as well as the Women’s Division one softball players. Aside from Longwood University, he also has extensive client experience, working with people ranging in ages from 12 – 72 years old.

Scott has also completed Parkinson’s Disease Awareness Training for Fitness Professionals, through the American Parkinson Disease Association. This allows Scott to safely and effectively work with those who exhibit all forms of Parkinson’s disease, from the initial stage to more progressed stages.

A life long lover of bodybuilding and athletics, Scott played a variety of team sports in his youth and early adulthood, including golf, football, and basketball. To better improve his abilities in these sports, Scott started to utilize his high school gym. The love for fitness grew from there. In his free time, Scott enjoys partaking in outdoor workouts, including hikes and track workouts. 

Scott’s love of fitness and health has lead to him obtain the knowledge and information to help others around him. As a certified personal trainer through American Sports and Fitness (ASFA), Scott will engage you with a style of workouts that are engaging, and supportive, to leave you feeling accomplished, and comfortable with the workout at hand. Scott’s specialties are focused on functional strength as well as athletic style workouts.
