Farnoush was born in Tehran, Iran and from a young age found herself captivated by martial arts, owing much of her fascination to her love for Japanese movies. Farnoush started Karate at the age of 11 and after two years of hard work, started participating in various Karate championships. Four years later, she achieved a significant milestone in her Karate journey and had the honor of being selected to represent her country on an international stage, competing at the prestigious championships in Nottingham, United Kingdom.

Over the course of those international competitions, Farnoush managed to secure both a silver and a bronze medal, not once but for three consecutive years, showcasing her commitment and proficiency in the sport and earning her a spot within the National Karate League. Following, she had the desire to teach the youth and share her love for the sport, becoming a Karate Instructor.

Farnoush decided to take her love for sports and teaching and began her practice as a personal trainer, upon moving to the states in 2017. Aside from working with clients, Farnoush also has a background and education in Psychology and enjoys writing both on a personal and professional level. She is a published writer and had been able to combine both her love for wellness and psychology through publications and translating written works from English to Persian.

Farnoush looks forward to continuing her love for health and wellness by working with clients throughout Montgomery County in Maryland. She also looks forward to completing her psychology program so she can continue to connect and help people. Farnoush looks forward to working with you!
